In 2001, I started Scorpion Express with 4 offices in India. Today, propelled by strategic vision and a talented team, we operate 175 offices, catering to 12,000 pin codes with Rs. 2,000 crore AUM. In 2004, to further expand our conglomerate, I ventured into the rigid packaging business, catering to the pharma, cosmetics, FMCG, white goods, and IMFL markets under the banner of Scorpion Container. Today, under Scorpion Container, we operate 9 units in 5 states, along with 2 international trading offices based in China and Korea.

Message for Aspirants:
The Japanese have a concept they call Ikigai, the idea that happiness is in always being busy with your reason for living; it is in finding and living your passion. And what I have found is that retirement becomes inconceivable if you are passionate about your work. I am endlessly fascinated by the complex hub-and-spoke networking system that is the logistics sector and with how the more you join the dots, the simpler the structuring becomes. Then, there is the thrill of adding branding, scalability, technology, collaboration, and networks to your business and seeing it grow. What also drives me is also the need to be consistent. As I’ve realized in my line of work, performance always outweighs ambition. That’s what transforms ambition into success.
